Titan Character Build

I started working on this guy at the beginning of the month so the game Destiny had not been released just yet, so the approach on building this character was just using whatever concept art I could find and build the guy from there. This was for me to get better at sculpting hard surface objects with organic pieces and the end goal of this project will be to have him walking moving around with his own blend space in UE4.

A friend of mine that is deployed in Afghanistan asked to be the head reference for this character, mainly cause he is the biggest Halo fan that I know.


Next up was getting the under armor suit modeled and sculpted out with the hero proportions of 8 heads high and adding in all the attachment points just placing in some alphas. There is still more of the small details to add as well as additional areas in the suit that need to be broken up to look as if it conforms to the body to allow better range of motion.


Continueing on with the building of the different armor layers


The latest in the leg armor sculpting, I have yet to play Destiny so hopefully I am staying true to what the armor is on the Titans in the game itself
