Handdrawing

Hello im new,
Ice got a question about drawing. I saw a lot of stuff which was drawn by you guys :)
But i didnt got such a great netbook to draw on it, so i draw everything by hand.
So the question is do i really need a pc for drawing or can i scan my work too?
